We accept personal and business checks. Before your order can be shipped, orders paid by personal check are held for a 10 day waiting period after the time your check is deposited.
We ship U.P.S. and U.S. Mail all over the world, everyday. Please call for details about how to get your Corvette parts delivered right to your front door.
FOREIGN ORDERS
At Muskegon Brake, we ship Corvette parts all over the world, every day. We ship U.P.S. and U.S. Mail, depending on the size of your order. Orders must be paid for in U.S. funds. We suggest using Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express when ordering from outside the Continental U.S.
SHIPPING
C.O.D. and credit card orders will include all shipping and handling charges according to current U.P.S. rates. C.O.D. orders will also include a $9.00 C.O.D. charge. C.O.D. orders are company check or money order with established credit. Most orders are shipped by U.P.S. Ground. If you supply us with a P.O. Box for delivery, we will ship U.S. Mail, which may be more costly. U.P.S. Next Day (Red Label), U.P.S. 2nd Day (Blue Label), U.P.S. 3 Day Select, Federal Express and Truck Shipments are available at extra cost when applicable. Truck shipments must be freight prepaid. Oversize (S/S) U.P.S. shipments will be charged according to current U.P.S. rates. Back orders are held until the item is back in stock (usually within two weeks) unless specified otherwise. Special crating charges, usually associated with large parts, will be billed separately. NOTE: Overseas orders will require extra shipping charges. U.P.S. does not deliver to military APO or AEO addresses. Call for alternative shipping methods.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Delivery of the product in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should any product arrive in damaged condition, immediately notify the carrier. The carrier will make a report and take steps to settle the claim. NEVER DISASSEMBLE ANY UNIT IN AN ATTEMPT TO CORRECT A PROBLEM. SUCH EFFORTS WILL VOID ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED!
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We process returns daily. It is very important to return a copy of your invoice with your item(s). Customers are welcome to return any unwanted parts that were shipped correct for refund, however, we may charge a 15% restocking fee. Special Dated or Special Orders are non-returnable/refundable. No refund on shipping charges. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment and shipping must be prepaid. Any items returned to Muskegon Brake without a copy of the invoice may be delayed in processing. Kits are sold complete. Individual kit parts cannot be returned for credit.

WARRANTIES and GUARANTEES
Customer is responsible for providing correct car build date, serial number, and other pertinent information regarding the car. Calipers: Sleeves carry a lifetime warranty. Seals are guaranteed for 1 year. Exhaust System: Pipes (stainless steel)-lifetime warranty, Pipes (aluminized)- 6 year warranty, Mufflers– lifetime warranty. Restored, Reconditioned, Remanufactured or Rebuilt Items: 1 year warranty. Special Dated or Special Orders: No cancellations or returns. Under any circumstances, the liability of Muskegon Brake or the manufacturer shall be limited to the original cost of the item paid by the end user and are not liable for any for any consequential or incidental damages which occur as a result of the use/misuse of our product.
Muskegon Brake Caliper Warranty and Core Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing our stainless steel sleeved Corvette disc brake calipers. We use the finest rubber parts available, original aluminum pistons and precision sleeves with a 4 micron finish. Each caliper is carefully remanufactured and pressure tested with 1200 PSI of nitrogen gas. We furnish a written lifetime warranty.
When sending your old cores back, please put your name and invoice number on the outside of the box to ensure proper credit.
Although most cores are acceptable for credit, there are a number of reasons we must occasionally reject a core. We cannot accept cores for the following reasons:
1. Nickel plated castings are not acceptable
2. Caliper mounting ears must not be broken
3. Castings must not be cracked
4. Bleeders must not be tampered with (I.e. broken easy-outs, bolts on bleeders, Allen wrenches in bleeders, drilled out bleeders, bleeders broken off flush, etc.)
Caliper Warranty
This brake caliper has been completely remanufactured by highly skilled technicians. We warrant to the original purchaser that the stainless steel sleeve installed by us will not come out of the casting or leak between the casting and itself for as long as the original purchaser shall own the vehicle this caliper is originally installed upon. Under normal use, we warranty to the original purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship including rubber components for a period of one (1) year.
Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts, which may prove defective, subject to the discretion of our technicians. We assume no liability for incidental or consequential damages including the cost of diagnosis, removal and installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience or any other such expenses.
This warranty is expressed in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and all other obligations or liabilities on our part. We neither assume, nor authorize any other person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of this caliper or sleeve. This warranty shall not apply to this caliper or sleeve or any part thereof which has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse. WE make no warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories or parts supplied by us.
The term “original purchaser” as used in this warranty shall be deemed to mean that person whom the caliper or sleeve is originally installed. This warranty shall apply worldwide. Any warranty caliper(s) returned to us must be postage paid. Replacement caliper(s) subject to return shipping charges.
Warning
1. Do not mix silicone and glycol brake fluid. Use new DOT 3, 4 or 5 in the system
2. Using anti-squeal compounds on the back of pads will void the warranty
Note: On cars that are not driven for long periods it is suggested that you depress the brake pedal weekly to keep the calipers from “weeping”.
